Delivery Charges: £1.50 on orders under £10, free on orders over £10 (Valid to UK addresses only)

We want you to be happy with the goods and service that you receive from us.

It is essential to notify us by e-mail as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order-most orders are on a made to order basis. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items.

We are happy to refund and exchange items (excluding personalised/bespoke items), but we do not cover the cost of returning
items or for items that fail to reach us, unless the goods are faulty.

Please do not destroy or dispose of any item, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with us. Items must be returned in their original packaging, by recorded delivery, within 7 days of receipt. Please obtain proof of postage.

Following such notification and subject to the terms of this policy, we will then issue a refund of your order payment or despatch your exchange item.

Refunds or exchanges will be made to you within 28 days of receipt of the returned goods, as long as you have followed all of the procedures and time-frames above, conditional upon stock availability.

Postage prices quoted are for delivery to UK addresses only, for delivery outside of the UK please contact us for a quote.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days and will be sent by royal mail first class on smaller items (Cards, t-towels, cushion covers) and with a 3-5 working day courier for larger items (cushions, memo boards, ceramics) If you need your order in a hurry please give us a call on 01924 568335 and we will try our best to help!
